Enjoy this tasty tropical drink pool side.

  1. muddle in a mixing container watermelon cubes and the mint leaves
  2. add 1 ounce of rum
  3. add ice and shake
  4. strain into your favourite tall class with fresh ice
  5. top off glass with Ginger Ale
  6. garnish with a sprig of mint

  • 1 ounces of your favourite rum

  • ice

  • Ginger Ale
